2. Regulatory Compliance and Service Nature
Qted operates strictly as a Technology Service Provider. We provide software tools for quote generation, booking management, and customer notifications. We are not a tradesperson directory, a vetting agency, or a party to any contract for services between a tradesperson and their customer.

3. Trade Accreditations and Professional Standings
Our Platform allows tradespeople to display professional credentials, such as Gas Safe registration numbers, to their potential clients.
- Disclaimer of Responsibility: All credentials displayed on the Platform are self-declared by the User. Spykra Technologies UK Ltd does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, currency, or authenticity of any trade accreditation, license, or insurance claim made by a User.
- Public Advice: We strongly advise all customers and visitors to the Platform to independently verify any tradesperson's credentials before work begins. For gas-related work, this must be done via the Official Gas Safe Register website at https://www.gassaferegister.co.uk/.
- Indemnity: We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from a User's misrepresentation of their trade qualifications or the invalidity of any registration number provided on the Platform.
4. Payment Disclosures and Service Liability
Qted facilitates payments through an integration with Stripe Connect.
- Direct Relationship: Payments for jobs and deposits are processed directly from the customer to the tradesperson's Stripe account. We do not hold, touch, or manage your funds.
- Non-Delivery of Services: Spykra Technologies UK Ltd is not responsible for trade services that are not provided, poor workmanship, or any other breach of contract by a tradesperson. Any claims for non-delivery of service must be pursued directly against the tradesperson or through UK small claims processes.
- Security: All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.
5. AI and Automated Communications
- AI Output: Our AI features (including voice transcription and quote parsing) are provided to assist productivity. They are not a substitute for professional review. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated quotes, prices, or technical descriptions.
- Messaging: Automated WhatsApp, SMS, and Email notifications are subject to the uptime and policies of Meta, Twilio, and Postmark. We are not responsible for notification delays or delivery failures caused by these third-party networks.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, user interface designs, logos, "Qted" branding, and AI configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Spykra Technologies UK Ltd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
7. Platform Integrity and Reporting
We take the integrity of our platform seriously. If you encounter any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of credentials, or security vulnerabilities, please contact us immediately.

8. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spykra Technologies UK Ltd provides the Platform "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of work performed by tradespeople using our Platform, nor for any disputes arising between tradespeople and their customers.
9. Governing Law
These legal disclosures and any disputes arising from the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
